- Prepare strategically: How we prepare is much more important than how much time we spend for preparation. Include both preparation and revision in your study plan. Your study time-table has to cover subjects in the descending order from highest to the lowest weightage. Even if you are not able to follow it strictly, it makes you aware of the time left and the portion to be completed in that time. In your study books, focus on photographs and read the description fully, as there are more chances that you get questions from the photographs. Prepare your own notes by noting down the important and highlighting them in the book. Use visual aids and memory techniques.
- Balance your time between preparation and revision: Choose the way you want to start the study and stick to one pattern. Dedicate at least 8-9 hours for studying. Revise each topic after you have completed it. Take subject tests from Successlynk but not full length mock tests at this stage. After the subject tests, take feedback on performance and spend more time on weak topics. Spare time to revise at least 3-4 times in the end.
- Practice, practice and practice: Attempt a number of mock tests from Successlynk and for each mock test, take feedback and understand your mistakes. Improvise on your study and prepare well for the next mock test. This practice will help you to get used to the exam and will prepare you to face the toughness of the actual exam.
- Relax and enjoy your preparation: Do not let doubt and fear surround you. Keep studying well with happiness and optimism. Use techniques like visualization or affirmations to program your subconscious mind to make you fully confident of the exam. Eat healthy and exercise during breaks.
Do your maximum, and just believe in yourself. Your dedication will surely get you through the NEET-PG exam. All the best!
